How the Refund Process Works

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Full Refund Scenarios

Early Withdrawal

If you withdraw within 14 days of payment and haven't accessed more than 20% of course materials, you qualify for a full refund minus processing fees.

Program Cancellation

Should we cancel or substantially change a program after you've enrolled, you'll receive a complete refund including all fees.

Technical Failures

If technical issues on our end prevent you from accessing content for more than 7 consecutive days, full refunds apply.

Partial Refund Scenarios

Mid-Program Withdrawal

Between 15-30 days after start, you may qualify for a partial refund calculated on unused content, typically 40-60% of total fees.

Documented Emergencies

Medical or family emergencies with proper documentation may qualify for partial refunds even outside standard windows.

Course Credit Alternative

Instead of refunds, we often offer course credits valid for 12 months, allowing you to return when circumstances improve.

Refunds appear in 5-7 business days. Your bank may hold funds for an additional 2-3 days depending on their policies.

Bank Transfer

Direct bank refunds process in 7-10 business days. International transfers may take up to 15 business days.

PayPal

PayPal refunds are typically instant once processed on our end, though PayPal may apply their own review period.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. We can't redirect funds to different accounts for security reasons.

  • Refund decisions are final, though we're always open to discussing alternative solutions like course transfers.
  • Currency exchange rates at time of refund may differ from purchase date for international transactions.
